A delicious series of pop-up experiences in magical spots around Tulum. Each dinner is unique, shaped by the local ingredients available and the creative spark of the moment.
More than about eating, it’s about learning too.
Every dinner begins with a moment of theory, experience, and hands-on learning. Whether it’s a mini cooking class, a story about ingredients, or a simple practice to tune into your body, each evening is a space to reconnect with food as a conscious ritual.
We kick off with a RED-themed night, a celebration of blood, vitality, and grounding energy.
This time, the learning focus is on blood: why we eat to create it, and how it nourishes our organs, energy, and emotions. You’ll learn about the vital role blood plays in our health, and how food choices support strong, vibrant blood.
Space is intimate.
One seat is offered for free as part of our give-back, a little way to share the love and invite someone special to join the experience.

Season One: RAINBOW
Season 1 is inspired by the rainbow, a symbol of beauty, diversity, and connection. The colourful bridge between the inside and the outside, between how we feel and how we nourish ourselves, between our emotions, our organs, and the food that supports them.
Each color carries a message, a frequency, a wisdom of nature. Just like every human being is unique, so are the tools and paths we explore toward balance and vitality.
RAINBOW is a journey through creativity, color, and consciousness. Expect vibrant meals, powerful insights, and simple practices to support your body and mind, especially your organs, your emotions, and your everyday habits.
This season is composed of 7 chapters, each one dedicated to a colour of the rainbow:
